Let’s read our Bible together in 2020!

Hey there! I’m glad you’re here. And I hope you realize the importance of daily Bible reading. If you don’t, I hope I can change that in the next few minutes. I know from personal experience that a regime of daily Bible time is good for the Spirit. Coming from someone that has been on both sides… The side where I haven’t made the Bible a priority in my life, and the side where I set back time every single day to be sure I was in the Word. I am here to tell you that daily Bible reading has changed my life. And I want to share it with you.

Contentment starts in the heart.

As we try to get going on our road to contentment, we have to find a starting point. Although many could argue where to start, after lots of prayer and study, I realize I need to start with my heart. Most problems are really deep down, a problem of the heart.

My Word for 2020!

Here I am. In the still darkness of my baby girls nursery… Listening to the rain from her sound machine and her steady breaths as she sleeps on my chest… I can solve ALL the problems right here! Rocking in this same rocking chair I’ve rocked all 3 of my babies in over the last 6 years… everything seems so simple. So easy! So black and white. Cut and dry.
