Last week, I made these printables to help make meal planning simpler for me. I shared them on my Instagram stories and I got a lot of great feedback. So, I wanted to share them here. For y’all.
The first sheet is one that you can laminate or slip into a page protecter so that you can write each weeks meals and then erase and reuse. I used to write my meal plan inside my planner but, it wasn’t helpful to have to open the planner and turn to the correct date just to see what I had planned to cook that day. This gives you a simple 1 page printout that you can put on your fridge and have readily available all the time.
The second sheet is actually 2 sheets. But, it’s so that you can actually have a place to record your family’s favorite meals based on their type. It serves as a quick grab guide when you’re sitting down to meal plan. Just choose a few recipes off your favorites list and then throw in some new ones to try, too. The printable is split into chicken, beef, crock pot, instant pot, seafood, and soup for easy readability.
I would really like to make a 3 ring binder with all my favorite recipes in it. But, that will have to be another project for another day! 😉 I hope these printables serve as a help to you and can simplify your meal planning strategies so that it doesn’t take up too much of your day!
